Brad Mallinson
Law Clerk
Brad has been working at The Law Practice since early 2007 and reports directly to the firm’s managing solicitor, Michael Blair.
Brad has provided legal support to both clients and staff, ranging from liaising with the DPP at both Commonwealth and State levels to Court of Criminal Appeal registrars and Supreme Court Judge’s associates – all in order to get the job done!
He is heavily involved in the reading and organising of briefs of evidence, as well as the reviewing and drafting of documents across a wide array of civil, family and criminal matters across all jurisdictions.
He also travels to gaols and juvenile correctional facilities around the Sydney metropolitan area to obtain instructions from clients in custody.
Brad is completing a bachelor of Laws at the University of Western Sydney and has proved to be an essential and valued member of The Law Practice team.
In his spare time, Brad enjoys sailing yachts, watching rugby union and tennis.
